The property naturally brings the outside indoors, especially in the stunning garden room where the full height windows provide panoramic views across the countryside.  With its wood burning stove and ample seating for all, this flexible room is both suited to cosying up with a book or enjoying the sunset.  The garden room also overlooks the large patio . A TV/games room holds an additional wood burning stove and a 42inch flat screen TV with Blu Ray player, comfortable seating with two sofas and bean bags. The high quality kitchen has a range style cooker and includes a microwave and two dishwashers - it adjoins the dining room with large oak table (seating up to 10 comfortably). There is also a fully equipped utility room and a garage that houses a full size table tennis table.

PLEASE NOTE:  A Security deposit  of £400.00 is required.   No single sex parties permitted.  Maximum occupancy of Kirkbride House is 10 people, with a maximum of 6 children including infants.
