High Kirkland is a small holiday development consisting of three high quality self-catering units converted from the house and buildings of what was previously a small croft approximately 1 mile from the attractive coastal town of Kirkcudbright, tucked away in rural South West Scotland.
This very attractive and well appointed single storey cottage has everything you would need to accommodate a family of four for a holiday or short break.
Expertly converted from a farm building in 2002, this detached bungalow consists of a large and airy lounge room, a galley kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, and a newly refurbished bathroom.
The lounge room is large and has a light and airy atmosphere with its picture window giving lovely views over adjacent farmland. It has a 32" lcd television & DVD player.
There is a galley kitchen with fridge, washing machine, built in oven/microwave, and all equipment required for a self-catering holiday. In addition there is a shared external utility room which has a tumble dryer, cycle lock-up and drying facilities.
The cottage has 2 spacious bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed, and the other contains full size twin beds. All beds have duvets and covers.
The cottage has double glazing throughout, and has oil central heating with radiators in each room. It is all on one level and is suitable for senior citizens and for wheelchair users.
One dog may be allowed, but by arrangement only
We are a pet friendly establishment but all pets must be declared at the time of booking.
